Noble College has got partnership Programme with countries like Germany in academic and cultural matters. There is an Exchange Programme between Noble College and Laubach Kolleg of Germany. Both the colleges go hand in glove in exchanging so many of each other academic, social and cultural aspects of life. The very purpose of this programme is to learn about each other in respect of Socio-Cultural and Academic aspects of life. It is a give and take relation. Periodically some students and staff of Laubach Kolleg visit Noble College where they give our students and staff knowledge about their academics while learning the values of Socio-Cultural and Academic situation of India. They also learn the historical background of their Partner Country.

It is a rich experience of sharing and learning. Noble College Staff and students also visit Laubach Kolleg to learn about their cultural and Academic matters. Germans are very excited to see the rich and varied beauty of Indianness. They are also often fascinated by the affectionate nature and strong family bond in India. Indians too are greatly drawn by the discipline of Germans. Most important of all this Exchange Programme are the curriculum of their universities, their classroom management, educational technology, role of the Youth in National building etc.

The concept of Exchange Programme was initiated in the year 1991 by the then Correspondent Bishop Rt. Rev. T. B. D. Prakasa Rao. Every year one teacher guide and two students are selected to visit Germany and stay there for one or two months.
